Hi, Today I proudly completed my first year on DA! During last year (which is also the most exciting year of my life), I met lots of people, I had so many friends and I chased lots of talented atists. I won my first graphic tablet from Photoshop Magazin-----[link] (a famous local magazine), then again I won a Wacom Cintiq from Flipshake-----[link] ! Some of my works had chosen as daily deviations, I got lots of pageviews and I came up with so many good people. I hope I could be one of the little shiny gleams of the community. And it was a real pleasure for me to be here.
After one year which is full of sleepless nights, neverending studies and continuous hardwork; I tried to improve my talent. I'm not sure if I succeed and made some progress. I only know that, I really AM grateful to those who were with me. But forever and ever Kerem Beyit comes first! Without him, I had no inspiration to try becoming an illustrator, for sure. Thank you Kerem for the good attitude and encouraging.
And again, here is "Death of Sturm" (I killed him many times I know) for the anniversary. It was my first submission on DA, so I thought it would be nice to share a newer version of it. And I'm dedicating this to my beloved friend Jeff (also he is my first friend on DA)
Thank you for everything Jeff, your first welcome and your support during this year mean much to me.

My awsome icon made by Singerwolf! \"Life\'s journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to slide in sideways, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, screaming \"HOLY CRAP what a ride!\"
Incredible work!!! Actually I think I like this portrayal of the scene better than the one I always see on the internet. The other one is emotional but this one makes a very big impact! The details in this are way better too

Every single bit of the universe is always in dynamic motion. To freeze frame a moment, or define an idea by rigidity, is to rob all the mystery from it, and deny growth, creativity, and evolution.
only thing I can say about this piece, is ... I think the light source is wrong according to the book Kit was flying from the sun and Sturm was fighting the dragon with the sun behind the dragon, and his(view of the) Sun shattered... on his death. In this picture I think the sun is somewhere behind Sturm and to the right.
Haha but enough of that, this piece is more detailed than your first. I love the armor of Kit and that dragon's head. It was a memorable moment of that trilogy and I think you captured it here.
OOOh my Sturm! sniff
